Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Question #1:
Why just 3D Blu-ray movies?

Answer:
We feel other online rental stores do a good job of renting movies except they currently do not offer 3D Blu-ray rentals.  We decided to exclusively focus in this area to maximize your 3D Blu-ray movie viewing experience.


Question #2:
Please explain the transaction process.

Answer:
Once we receive payment from our customer, we will mail out your 3D Blu-ray movie rental (if immediately available) within 1 business day via USPS.  You will have up to 14 days (including weekends and holidays) from the original ship date to mail the movie back to us in the included pre-paid envelope to avoid late charges.  Once we receive the movie, we will notify you by email that the movie has been returned.  


Question #3:
How long will it take the movie to get to me?

Answer: 
​We mail the movie to you via first class mail and the pre-paid envelope back to us will be via first class mail as well. Per the USPS website, the average ship time for first class mail domestically in the US is 2-3 business days.  


Question #4:
Where are the movies shipped from?

Answer:
The 3D Blu-ray movies are shipped from and returned to Northern California.


Question #5:
What are your late fees?

Answer:
​We allow up to 14 days (including weekends and holidays) from the original ship date for customers to return the 3D Blu-ray movie to us.  ​We recommend customers mail back the movie 5 days prior to the 14 day due date.  Starting on the 15th day, a $2 per/day late fee will be charged to your credit card.  

For example, if you rent a 3D movie on 4/15 and receive an email comfirmation that your movie has shipped on 4/15, you will have till 4/29 to get the movie back to us. It is recommended that you mail the 3D movie back 5 days prior to the due date...in this case, by 4/24 or sooner.  Starting on 4/30, a $2 per/day late fee will be charged to your credit card up to the cost of the movie + original rental fee.


Question #6:
How many movies can I rent at anytime?

Answer:
To avoid potential fraud, we will only allow up to five 3D Blu-ray movie rentals out per customer at any given time. 


Question #7:
What if there is a delay with USPS...will I be charged for a late fee?

Answer:
If you have not received your 3D movie within 5 days after you received your shipped email confirmation, please email us and we will adjust the return period past the 14 days so you do not incur any late charges.


Question #8:
​Why do some movies cost more to rent than others?

Answer:
Certain movies cost us more than others to buy thus we charge more for the rentals.  As the movie prices drop, we will consider adjusting the prices of the rentals.


Question #9:
Are there requirements to watch a 3D Blu-ray movie?

Answer:
Yes, you must own a 3D ready TV, at least one pair of 3D Stereoscopic Glasses, and a 3D Blu-ray Player or 3D capable HTPC (Home Theater PC).  Without these pieces of hardware, the 3D image will not display correctly.


Question #10:
Do I have to have a Paypal account to rent from your online store?

Answer:
No, you do not need to have a Paypal account to rent a 3D Blu-ray movie from us.  When you check out, please choose "check out" instead of "check out with Paypal" and you will be able to use a Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express card.  On some browsers, you may have to also select "Don't have a Paypal account" in order to proceed (see below).




Question #11:
Is your company legally compliant?

Answer:
Yes, we have all the required licenses to conduct a lawful business in the US.


Question #12:
What is your company's policy on wait times?

Answer:
We try and stock enough inventory for 3D movie rentals to ship out immediately.  Should the 3D rental(s) be unavailable, the average wait time is between 2-15 days.  We guarantee that the delay will not be past 20 days (not including holidays), or you will receive a $2.50 credit to apply to the current or future rental.

Answer:
