Terms, Conditions, and Renter's Agreement:
1) Privacy - We take your privacy very seriously and will not share any personal information with 3rd parties.
2) Availability & Price - Both availability and price is subject to change at any time.
3) Public showing - As a renter, you agree that you will not show the rented movie in a public area and that the rental is for
"home viewing" only.
4) Condition of Disc - As a renter, you agree to return the movie in the same condition in which you received it. Other fees may apply,
up to the cost of the movie, if the disc is returned in a worse condition or not returned at all.
5) Late charges - We allow up to 14 days (including weekends and holidays) from the original ship date for customers to return the 3D Blu-ray
movie to us. We recommend customers mail back the movie 5 days prior to the 14 day due date. Starting on the 15th day, a $2 per/day late
fee will be charged to your credit card up to the full price of the movie.
For example, if you rent a 3D movie on 4/15 and receive an email comfirmation that your movie has shipped on 4/15, you will have until 4/29 to
get the movie back to us. It is recommended that you mail the 3D movie back 5 days prior to the due date...in this case, by 4/24 or sooner.
Starting on 4/30, a $2 per/day late fee will be charged to your credit card up to the cost of the movie + original rental fee.
6) As a renter, you authorize 3D-Blurayrental.com to charge your credit card for late charges (see #5), discs returned in
a worse condition (see #4), or unreturned discs.
7) Age - you must be 18 years or older to rent 3D Blu-ray movies from our website.
8) Geography - we only ship to U.S. residents.
9) Delivery method - we use USPS first class mail to deliver all 3D Blu-ray movie rentals.
10) If 3D Blu-ray Rental has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or unethical activity, we reserve the right to refuse service.
